After exercise, training or standing all day, this blend has been designed to help your muscles and joints recover. This blend is warming, soothing and deeply penetrates to heat and relax the muscles.Blended with you in mind, our 100% Essential oil blends cater for all your moods whether you desire mental clarity or seek relaxation, our 100% Essential oil blends can be used to create the atmosphere in an oil burner or mixed at 3% with a carrier oil for body application.
Contains: Camphor (Cinnamomum Camphora), Pine (Pinus Sylvestris ) and Wintergreen (Gaultheria Procumbens).
Characteristics: The oils in the Sports Oil Blend are reputed to help your muscles and joints recover.
For best effects dilute in water and burn to inhale the fumes. Steaming is also another useful method. Can be applied to pulse points. Do not ingest. Always dilute before use.
How to use:
Add 5-7 drops (0.3 ml) to water in a vaporizer or burner.
Add 10 drops (0.5 ml) to 15-25 ml of carrier oil for use in massage.
Add 6-15 drops (0.1 ml) per 30g of selected Skincare Base before application.
Add 2 – 12 drops into your bath.
Do not consume or apply undiluted to the skin
