Confidence contains Ginger (Zingiber Officinalis), Lemon (Citrus Limonum), Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia), Peppermint (Mentha Arvensis) and Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata).
Only the 10ml bottles come in a presentation box with instruction leaflet included.
The blend can be applied to the base of the feet and the nape of the neck. It can also be inhaled. Always dilute before use.
